Guarantee

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and correctly sexed.

All animals sold are as represented with our reference code and pictures posted on our website.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, cash, money order, bank draft, direct deposit, email money transfers, bank transfers or wire transfers. Full payment is required before shipment is sent out.

Trades

We do consider trades for high end designer morphs of Ball Pythons & Boas. Please contact us with your offers.

Snakes Layaway Plan

We offer layaway plans on available animals for up to 90 days with no interest.

		Under 30 days layaway plan for purchases of $100 - $499.99
		30 days layaway plan for purchases of $500 - $1,000
		60 days layaway plan for purchases of $1,000.01 - $3,000
		90 days layaway plan for purchases of $3,000.01 & up

You will have to sign our layaway form indicating that you have read and agreed to comply with our layaway terms and policy.

The animal(s) will be held and will not be considered sold until payment is paid in full.

The first payment of 25% deposit is a handling & feeding fee and is non-refundable.

Late installments (more than 5 days) will be charged a $10 processing fee.

In the event of late installments of over 30 days or layaway cancellation, only the 2nd, 3rd and/or 4th payments may be credited towards a purchase of different animals.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Shipping

We ship Canada wide depending on weather conditions at the time.

Shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We ship via Westjet, Air Canada, Heli Jet, Pacific Coastal or other airlines depending on where you are located. We strive to find the quickest and least expensive travels.

Animals are professionally packed with heat packs and styrofoam containers.

All animals are guaranteed to be LIVE arrival. This guarantee is void if you are not there to pick-up the animal at the time of arrival. In the event of any mishaps, we must be notified immediately and photos must be taken and email to us and the actual body of the animal to be sent back for a necropsy within 7 days of shipment arrival.

All prices posted are in Canadian Dollars.

7% PST & 5% GST in included in Snakes prices.

7% PST & 5% will be ADDED on all other products.

5% will be ADDED on all services.
